Great views from the terrace rooms over the river. Highly recommend the extra expense for the large terrace rooms. Small terrace available if booked. We loved the location of this hotel, as it was close to all major attractions and right on the river. It was a pretty walk of about 15-20 minutes into the town centre, great to easily explore the city. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, providing us with a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We had a romantic escape and enjoyed our time at this hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always willing to help. The rooms were clean and modern, with comfortable beds. The location was perfect, within walking distance of many attractions. We also appreciated the daily room cleaning service.

The WiFi was a bit unreliable, with poor coverage. It would have been better if it had been more stable.

This hotel offers a truly luxurious experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. the Spa & wellness centre was a highlight, offering a wide range of treatments including full body massages, body wraps, and facials. the sauna and steam room were also great for relaxation. Our room was spacious and had exclusive amenities such as a Jacuzzi and a beautiful garden area outside. the restaurant was also impressive, serving delicious breakfast, buffet-style with a great selection including special diet menus. In-room breakfast was also available.

The only minor issue was the lack of an outdoor dining area or sun loungers. Although the Spa lounge was relaxing, we would have preferred to have a spot to soak up the sun outdoors and enjoy a snack or a drink.

The hotel is located right on the river, offering a beautiful view and a peaceful atmosphere. It is also conveniently close to the city center, with only a 15-20 minute walk to all the main tourist attractions. The staff was helpful and the breakfast provided a great selection of food. the recently renovated design is beautiful and the rooms are comfortable.

There were some minor issues with the hotel, such as a lack of shower door in the rooms, which made it uncomfortable and caused the floors to get soaked.
